Came in to try a set of boots on with my partner and the customer service here did not disappoint. Not only is the location quite large and even though it’s in the middle of Melbourne central it’s nice and quiet but the staff are also so patient and helpful. Shoutout to the lovely lady that helped us today, this woman deserves a raise for how kind and thorough she was in helping us find the right pair of boots.

Josh was absolutely lovely! He helped me and my husband find the perfect shoe and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and even the history of RM Williams. 1000% recommend coming to this lovely location to see Josh!

It's a shame about the supervisor's lack of education (the blue-eyed tall one). We were buying a shirt and they rudely asked us to leave the store and if we wanted to, we could return early the next day. You can ask for it by being kind, without rushing your customers and taking care of your service.

Amazing experience and customer service by Rebecca today at RM Williams Melbourne Central. Rebecca was so helpful and thorough with all my questions and even restored my old RM Williams boots as well! The experience was excellent in line with the superb product. R. M. Williams does not need a presentation because the products speak for themselves. A store with a very good location in the shopping center, arranged like a cozzy boutique. The staff here is always friendly and experienced, represents and reflects trust.

Came here for just a fitting as I’m a newbie to the brand and wanted to find out my size and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady who helped me out was very patient and full of knowledge. Took about 10-15 mins trying out different pairs and wrote down my size and width. Much appreciated and will come back when I’m ready to buy. The boots on offer here are second to none.

Ansehl was so friendly, fun and knowledgeable helping me find the perfect pair of boots that not only fit what I wanted, but were also appropriate for my foot shape. Top notch service from entry to exit… On arrival, I was greeted by the doorman, then immediately approached by Joseph. He was kind, knowledgeable and had an obvious passion for the brand. His service that day, was absolutely incredible, and his willingness to offer advice and tips on the boot was greatly appreciated. Joseph is an asset to the branch. The other staff in the store were awesome too, each one I had an interaction with obviously love the brand they sold, and knew the product like it was their own. Excellent service and good quality yarns. Great team of people!!
